Caregiver Support Program

By Karen Tyrell, is a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP); a Certified Professional Consultant on Aging (CPCA) as well as a Certified Dementia Care Provider (CDCP). With her extensive education and front-line experience working with seniors, Karen developed a passion for supporting those who are affected by dementia as well as their caregivers.

She facilitates this group on the last Monday of each Month from 2-3pm to support families with solutions for their day-to-day.
